Corn Maze and Golfing!

So on Monday, Labour Day, we met up with my family and went to the Corn Maze. It was beautiful out and a perfect day to do the corn maze. We got there and went straight to the giant slide. My kids remember it from a few years ago. Always a big hit!

Then we decided to go in the quiz maze. It would ask us questions at each intersection and then we'd answer the question and go in the direction the answer indicates. It was fun and we only answered a few questions wrong! Ha ha! It was the perfect way to do the maze. We weren't in for too long, just the perfect amount of time!

Then we made it to the middle and of course we had to climb the tower to see the whole maze. The kids thought it was great to go to the highest point we could.

Then we decided to go check out all the different animals. DJ and Cadence decided want to go for a ride in the cow train. They thought that was great. Grandpa Pitcher was able to come and hang out with us too. It was so much fun!

After the corn maze we decided to go do some golfing at the golf course on Highway 4. We got there and got all our stuff and went out to start at the 1st hole. Then it started to rain a little which quickly turned into a down pour. So we all ran for cover. My kids lasted in there for 2 minutes and they decided they were OK golfing in the rain. So away we went. We golfed in the rain. They had a blast!! It was fun! Rain and all!

After golfing we went to mom and dad's for a wiener roast. As we got there the sun came out and the rain stopped. So it turned out perfect. It was a fun way to end the day. Richard met us there and had supper with us.
