The Corn Maze!

A couple of Friday's ago I decided to take the kids to the Corn Maze after school. It was suppose to be nice out and I knew this nice weather was not going to last. Renee and her boys came with us. I came prepared and situated the kids so there would be no conflict. I'm happy to say that it worked out great!

It took us about 1hr to get there. We got out and the kids were ready to go! It was a little windy out, but still warm. We paid and all the kids got a cone full of food for the animals. So that's what we did first. DJ got a kick out of the pigs. He didn't want to leave them. He thought they were so funny! Cadence was trying so hard to be brave and feed some animals. But she would jerk away every time. It was a little bit funny! DJ was not happy when we took him away from the pigs. So cute!
Brianna, DJ and Cadence checking out the pigs!

DJ feeding the cute pigs!! He loved the pigs.

Cadence trying so hard to feed the goat. Brianna finally came up and helped her. It was so cute!

Lincoln, DJ, Brianna , Cadence and Abbi watching the chickens.

I thought this would be a cute picture, DJ in the cattle chute. He didn't agree with me!!

We went to the BIG homemade slide next. All my kids were brave and went down. I got a video of all of them coming down.Their expressions kill me, so funny! It was a huge slide. I even went down and I probably had a funny expression too! They just kept going and going on the slide. Then a huge group of kids came, so we decided it was time to go to the next thing.
DJ at the top, Brianna just coming down and Abbi half way down!

Brianna's face at the end!! So funny! They were a little nervous about flying off the end. For the most part they didn't but a few times they did. So funny to watch!
DJ just ran up there and came down, without thinking about it. He did it so many times!

Abbi coming down.

I FINALLY talked Cadence into trying it! She was a little tense! But then she kept going down it! Funny girl, she over thinks things sometimes!

There was a little bale maze. The kids loved running around in that. So we let them go crazy! Even Lincoln had a blast. It was funny to watch him. DJ and Keaton were running like mad men and then diving on the bales. They were a little wild!
All six kids running around and on the small square bales!

Lincoln loves to climb. He thought he was so big!

Brianna posing for me!
Cadence never poses for me and she finally did. It turned out super cute!

Keaton and DJ being crazy boys!

Then we went into the corn maze. We decided to stick with the kids maze. We didn't want to be lost in there forever. So that's what we did. The kids took turns deciding which way to go. They thought it was so fun. I'm glad we didn't go in the big maze. We got some fun pictures of the kids in the maze.

Cool picture of everyone walking through the corn maze!

DJ was taking a turn being in the front!

DJ and Keaton sticking together!

All the kids in front of the maze. Not sure what they were all looking at! Oh well!

My 4 cute kids! Love them!

We then went and picked out our pumpkins. The kids all wanted to pick one. We got the perfect pumpkins and I thought it would be a perfect time for a photo! Brianna was mad at me and stormed out of the picture! Oh well!
Brianna found the bunny houses. She loved petting them!

Brianna in the cattle chute!

Everyone with a pumpkin. Oh here is Brianna in the midst of her fall. She tripped and fell. Then she stormed off!

I promised my kids that they could go on the cow train after we were done everything. I didn't realize it cost extra money. But I did promise so I went and paid for everyone. They LOVED it! It was really funny to watch. The kids thought it was hilarious and I could hear them yelling and laughing the whole time. So it was the perfect way to end our trip there.
Everyone on the cow train!

There they go!

Coming back. DJ sat like that the whole way! They loved the ride!

It was a fun afternoon. It went by super fast and we all had so much fun. I'm so glad we decided to go.
