May Randomness!

We got back from Hawaii and had to get into the swing of things again. We sure missed the kids and were so happy to be back. So here are a few things that we were up to in May and early June.

1. Abbi played softball this year again. She absolutely loves it. She has been having problems with her feet lately. Poor girl has been in so much pain. We've taken her to the doctors, chiropractor and talked to a lot of people. We've had a lot of x-rays and nothing is cracked or broken. We finally figured out that it just might be growing pains in her foot. We got her a brace that helps keep things tight. Anyways, she still has so much fun playing softball. I really enjoy watching her play. I took pictures one day when she was playing in Raymond. They won the game and then they do the base race at the end. I love watching them do the base race. Abbi ran her little heart out and they won it too!

2. The girls had their track and field day at the end of May. I went and spent the whole day with them. I brought my folding wagon that I bought in Costco and had everything in there that they would need. It was a life saver! Ha ha! I had so much fun cheering them on and laughing and talking with my girls and their friends. They didn't place in anything but I was still so proud of all three of them. We found out that Cadence is our little runner. She cracks me up! She runs so fast and her arms are flying everywhere. So cute! Abbi was a little sad because I didn't let her do any of the running events because her feet have been hurting so bad. But she did the throwing ones. She was a little sad but she still had fun! It was a fun day!

3. We went camping the first weekend in June. It was suppose to be really hot and so we decided to go to  Wally's Beach. We pulled in Friday evening and stayed for 1 night. It was a lot of fun. The Farrah's were there too. So we had fun hanging out with them! It was SO HOT on Saturday. So we hung out on the beach and then when DJ needed a break we would go back to the trailer. Which was 1 minute away! It was nice. Cadence and DJ would even paint on a tree. It was just a relaxing, fun weekend! We had supper on Saturday night and then went home so Richard and I could go to Stake Conference. We left the trailer out there and picked it up Sunday afternoon.

4. I ended up helping coach Brianna's soccer team again this year. This was her first year playing against other towns and teams. It was a learning curve. I had to learn more of the actual rules and what they can and can't do. Brianna ended up playing middle field most of the time. She did so good! Loved watching her play and be happy! She just enjoys it so much and could really care less about who wins. She is such a sweet heart! For their last game we had the kids play against their parents. They hadn't won one game the whole season, so we were hoping this would be a fun game that they could win. And they did. It was a lot of fun. We had a lot of laughs and everyone had a blast. I gave out some treats at the end too! It was a great season!

5. One night the sun was setting and we were at home and it was beautiful out. So I went and grabbed my camera and took a bunch of pictures. I love where we live. It's so pretty! So here are the pictures!
